Barfleet Protocols - Party Rules
- Guests must be 21 or over, with valid government issued photo ID, to enter the party. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Guests may also be required to show their convention issued identification prior to admission, in accordance with the rules of the convention.
- Guests are not permitted to take photos nor make recordings inside the party. The Abandon reserves the right to remove photos or other recordings of this party from devices. The only exception to this rule is for Barfleet Staff Photographers.
- If you enter this party, it is likely you will be photographed by Abandon personnel for publication in internal media. If you do not wish your likeness to be used in publication do not enter this party.
- This party may provide entertainment that would be considered “adult-oriented.” If this is not appropriate by your own personal standards, you may choose to leave at any time.
- No open containers will be permitted into the party. Sealed bottles brought to the party will be considered a donation and will be dispensed by the Abandon bar staff and remain the property of Barship Abandon, Inc. at the conclusion of the event. Donations will be brought directly to the bar. If any guest does not comply with the donation request, the bottle will not be permitted inside the party and the guest will be required to leave.
- No drinks of any kind may be removed from the party.
- The Abandon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
- Always ask for consent. Pressuring consent or continuing contact after failure to receive clear consent will result in immediate removal from this party by Abandon personnel.
- The Abandon reserves the right to remove from this party any guest that behaves in any fashion that would be illegal, or any guest that fails to comply with the rules presented here, or the instructions of any member of the staff.
